I communicate well with people and I am able to adapt well to most situations. I consider myself a reliable and conscientious person ready to take on any challenge. I have recently bought a new house and much of my spare time is spent in renovation work! At weekends I enjoy hill walking and mountain biking and have climbed many of the Scottish mountains.

Duties include: My main duty within my team is the supervision of seventeen members of staff both full and part-time under the guidance of a team manager. I am responsible for arranging the team rotas and ensuring that all members of the team comply with financial regulations as well as being kept up to date with policy changes within the Teleservice Centre. Recently I have become involved in the training of new staff, listening to customer calls and giving one to one coaching to improve the quality of customer service. I am currently involved in a project promoting the use of the Internet in company business and will be giving several presentations on this to senior management.

Position: Accounts Department Manager
Duties included: My job consisted of the day to day management of the small accounts department within the Thistle Glasgow hotel. I collected and audited all departmental takings, which involved cash handling, reading tills and the computerised accounting of hotel receipts.

E.I.L. International Position: Au-pair After graduation I worked in the USA as an au-pair looking after two small children and then spent a further year travelling around the States.
